Additionally, Brookes was an ensemble member and featured artist in Detroit Opera's Ainadamar (2023)  and an ensemble member in Pittsburgh Musical Theatre’s Jesus Christ Superstar  (2022). She was an apprentice with Eisenhower Dance Detroit under the direction of Stephanie Pizzo from 2022-2023.

Brookes’s choreographic style blends the fluidity and airiness of her prominent ballet background with the groove and grounded nature of contemporary and hip hop. She is heavily inspired by music and values musicality, which can be seen in her choreography. Through her art, she works to inspire dancers to embrace their individuality to unlock their potential. Brookes hopes to help dancers cultivate an inner faith, allowing for self-worth, discovery, and freedom to thrive.
